This is the fourth time this week that I've received a call not ansswered when viewed on Caller ID from Market Strategies number listed above. I WANT THIS TO STOP NOW AND these calls come during the dinner hour and early evening. There is no message left.

Calls everyday between 4-5pm EDT and leaves no message.

It's not a real loan.... it is a thief trying to do a scam. Please someone report to government agency about fraud. How do we press charges against this piece of crap human being. I also received a text from the same number, It is just another part of the payday loan scam. They called me with the same number about a week ago and it was the seem person (Indian accent) that have been harassing me for months threatening and saying I defaulted on a payday loan. I never took out a payday loan! . Do not reply or call! It is a scam!, they are looking looking for bank info.

Its A Message from Capital one collection agency out of nashville tennessee this call is originating from Ben wheeler Texas they are using locked id's only using hired people from many areas to do their dirty work that company is under a Law Suit Now For Severe harrasment my number that has been called by then over 25 times in a month the previous owners of the number i have now owed many debts they are spanish i have told this bunch of jerks before to Quit calling it because the people dont own it no more they continue to call. Receiving an obnoxious number of calls from this number all hours of day and night. No one is ever in the other end. Tried to call back but can't reach a person, just a recording that says you have reached the customer service dept.

I received threating phone calls from this number. That stated that I owed money and that if I did not pay they were serving me with court papers. They also called all my family members saying I wrote a check fradulantely. I work for a company and we are close with a collection agency and the contact and my collection agency stated that EVERYTHING they say and do is AGAINST THE LAW. If they call you state that you know your rights and they are breaking (2) laws: 1 - The Fair Debt Collection Practices ACt and the Consumer Credit Protetction Act! And like I did notify the State of New York Attorney General!!!!
